This Week's Spotlight: The Capital Regional Development Council (CRDC) in Concord named Primary Bank in Bedford as its Bank of the Year. The award is based on highest dollar volume of lending of loans referred to CRDC in the most recently completed fiscal year.

Clark, who stepped down after nearly 20 years as athletic director to serve as founding manager of the Active Living, Learning and Wellness North facility.
Charlene Shields named as early learning center director at the YMCA of Strafford County in Rochester. She most recently served as elementary and preschool special education coordinator and Safe Schools/Healthy Students early childhood coordinator for the Rochester School District.
