This Week's Spotlight: The Capital Regional Development Council (CRDC) in Concord named Primary Bank in Bedford as its Bank of the Year. The award is based on highest dollar volume of lending of loans referred to CRDC in the most recently completed fiscal year. 

Franklin Bancorp, MHC, a mutual holding company and parent corporation of Franklin Savings Bank in Franklin, elected three new corporators: Scott W. Davis, funeral director at William F. Smart Sr. Memorial Home in Tilton; Kimberly R. Edwards, CPA and owner of Edwards & Associates, CPA in Northfield; and Kyle T. Matzke, former administrator and owner of The Golden Crest, an assisted living facility in Franklin.

 Merchants Fleet Management in Hooksett promoted Diana Holland, an 18-year employee, to director of sales-North East. 

Plymouth State University in Plymouth selected Kim Bownes as its new athletic director. She previously served as interim athletic director following John P. Clark, who stepped down after nearly 20 years as athletic director to serve as founding manager of the Active Living, Learning and Wellness North facility. 

Charlene Shields named as early learning center director at the YMCA of Strafford County in Rochester. She most recently served as elementary and preschool special education coordinator and Safe Schools/Healthy Students early childhood coordinator for the Rochester School District. 

Hyndsight Vision Systems, a Peterborough-based company that develops and manufactures video streaming, wire-free camera and monitoring systems, named Robert Boucher as VP for sales and business development and Conor Thompson as sales manager for the Northeast region. Boucher brings over 30 years of experience in business development in a range of industries. Thompson has been working at Hyndsight since 2012 in strategic marketing and event management.

Devine Millimet in Manchester admitted Ronald J. Caron as a shareholder of the law firm. He focuses his practice on civil litigation, criminal defense, and family law. 

Attorney Kristofer S. Wilson joined the firm of Martin, Lord, & Osman PA in Laconia. He previously served as previously practiced as in-house counsel for a privately held nationwide company in Washington, Indiana. He offers general legal services while focusing his practice on business and employment matters.
