This Week's Spotlight: Asian Atlantic Industries, a computer and electronics distributor in Portsmouth, hired David Kuhman as CFO. Kuhman previously served as VP of finance and operations at Fischer Skis US in Auburn for 11 years.

Team O’Neil Rally School in Dalton added a new two-day cars and guns course in partnership with Sig Sauer. It teaches tactical driving and firearms training skills used by spies, special forces members and law enforcement. The course costs $1,800 and will be offered three times this spring and summer.

Plymouth State University in Plymouth is launching a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) beginning in the fall of 2017. The three-year program is part of PSU’s new and emerging Health and Human Enrichment integrated cluster.

Bank of New Hampshire, headquartered in Laconia, raised over $120,000 to donate to local United Ways in collaboration with its employees.

Nathan R. Fennessy was named a director at Preti Flaherty in Concord, where he is a member of the firm’s Litgitation, Construction Law and Government Affairs Groups. Fennessy joined the firm in 2013.

Pat’s Peak resumed its Saturday bus service for skiiers coming to the Henniker ski slope from the Boston area. The bus makes three planned stops in Boston and leaves the ski slope at 9:30 pm for Boston. A combined bus and lift ticket is $85.

Claudia Walker, Senior VP at Merrimack County Savings Bank based in Concord, retired after 19 years with the bank. Walker was named the 2016 Business Leader of the Year at the Greater Concord Chamber’s Pinnacle Awards.

Hyndsight Vision Systems, a vision technology company in Peterborough, hired Robert Boucher as VP for sales and business development and promoted Conor Thompson to sales manager for the Northeast region. Boucher has over 30 years of experience in business development and Thompson has been with the company since 2012.

Northeast Credit Union (NECU) based in Portsmouth and Holy Rosary Credit Union (HRCU) based in Rochester teamed up to support the Homeless Shelter of Strafford County (HCSC), a seasonal emergency shelter for children and families located in Rochester. The two local credit unions each donated $2,000 to the shelter.

Manchester-Boston Regional Airport in Manchester added three new restaurants: The Shipyard Pub & Café, Samuel Adams Manchester Brewhouse,  and a Starbucks store in the pre-security baggage claim area.

Ethically-sourced sustainable clothing company Ramblers Way, started by Tom's of Maine founder Tom Chappell, opened a retail shop in Hanover. The store features 100 percent organic merino clothes for men and women.

The Spaulding Youth Center in Northfield elected Ronald L. Magoon, president and CEO of Franklin Savings Bank based in Franklin, as treasurer of the board of trustees and the board of directors. Magoon also serves on the finance & strategy, and innovation committees.
