This Week’s Spotlight: New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp (NHMB), the holding company for Meredith Village Savings Bank and Merrimack County Savings Bank in Concord, received a Granite Award from Granite United Way for donating $100,500 to 20 NH nonprofits. NHMB matched $50,205 in employee donations, with more than 123 employees donating an average of $400 each.

Sal and Jennifer Calautti, owners and managers of EmbroidMe in Nashua, purchased the EmbroidMe location in Bedford. EmbroidMe, an international screen printing and promotional products franchise, has a third NH location in Salem.

The Hannah Grimes Center for Entrepreneurship in Keene is partnering with Marlboro College in Vermont to offer the College’s Nonprofit Management Certificate for the Fall of 2016. The 80-hour series will meet for 10 consecutive Fridays at the Hannah Grimes Center, beginning Sept. 16.

Hanover Co-op Food Stores hired Hannah Brilling as nutrition specialist. Brilling, who will be completing her registered dietitian certification this summer, has experience with Dartmouth-Hitchcock and Healthy Monadnock in Keene.

Lake Sunapee Bank, headquartered in Newport, granted $500 Citizenship Awards to graduating students from 13 NH schools, totaling $6,500 in scholarships. Students are chosen by their respective schools for scholastic and community contributions.

Manchester Community Health Center (MCHC) received $5,000 from the Northeast Delta Dental Foundation in Concord and $3,000 from the Agnes Lindsay Trust in Manchester. The donations will help fund MCHC’s general practice and dental services referral program.
