PORTSMOUTH — Portsmouth International Airport at Pease enjoyed a busy month of April, fueled by vacation travel, increased flights and a second low-cost airline.
There were 13,398 passengers this April at the airport, representing an 84% increase over April 2024, according to statistics released by the Pease Development Authority, which manages the airport.
April 2025 featured flights by Allegiant Air, which has operated out of Pease for a decade, and Breeze Airways, which became the second low-cost carrier flying out of Pease in 2024.
April 2025 recorded 101 total flights out of the Portsmouth airport, nearly double the 53 flights in April 2024, according to the PDA.
