As a teenager working in his parents' pharmacy, T.J. Parker saw how hard it was for patients taking multiple medication to keep track of them. He went on to create an online pharmacy that packages pills according to when they need to be taken. Pillpack, which he co-founded with Elliot Cohen, is growing at breakneck speed, adding employees and space in Manchester's Millyard. And that success has landed Parker a spot on this year's Inc. magazine 30 under 30 list.
