MegaFood Appoints New CEO

Andy Dahlen Andy Dahlen is joining Manchester-based MegaFood as the company's new CEO, replacing Robert Craven who is stepping down. According to a statement, Dahlen has experience in growing some of America's most iconic food brands including Beech-Nut, Green Giant and Cascadian Farm.

Craven, who, according to a press release will be taking on an innovation and industry advisory role for Pharmavite, the parent company of Megafood, and will work closely with Tobe Cohen, chief science, technology and innovation officer, to help shape Pharmavite's future growth strategies in emerging spaces.   

"We thank Robert for his many contributions to the success of MegaFood, building a unique brand and a strong foundation for the future," says Jeff Boutelle, CEO, Pharmavite. "As we enter the next chapter for MegaFood, we look forward to Andy using his proven track record in product innovation and operational excellence to take the company to the next level."

As a certified B Corporation, MegaFood will continue to operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pharmavite and focus on using its business as a force for good by supporting organic and regenerative farming initiatives for a healthier, more sustainable future. It will maintain its organization structure and continue to operate from its Manchester headquarters.
