Kilwins Portsmouth NH Retailer of the Year

The NH Retail Association presented Janette Desmond and Kilwin's Portsmouth with its 2022 NH Retailer of the Year Award.

According to a statement, the NH Retailer of the Year Award recognizes a NH retailer who has met the highest standards of excellence. The award recipient must show creativity and initiative to enable their business to thrive and also provide excellent customer experiences. The award recipient must also be committed to their community and create a positive work experience.

The Retail Association commented on Kilwins in a press release stating, “Certain businesses are a cornerstone of their communities and Kilwins fits that definition. They are a chocolate, fudge and premium ice cream shoppe located in the heart of Market Square in downtown Portsmouth. They offer 32 flavors of Kilwins' original recipe ice cream, hand-paddled fudge, caramel apples, brittles, caramel corns, saltwater taffies, and much, much more.
