BANKING

People’s United Bank in Manchester hired David A. Janelle as VP and commercial lending officer and Beth Dietz-Tuttle as senior VP and commercial loan officer. Janelle has more than 20 years of commercial lending experience. Dietz-Tuttle has 25 years of banking experience.

St. Mary’s Bank in Manchester named Pamela Ordway as VP and loan operations manager.  Ordway served as VP of process and underwriting for Merrimack County Savings Bank in Concord for more than 20 years.

BUSINESS SERVICES

Leddy Group in Dover promoted Becky Fecteau to regional VP for the Seacoast market. Prior to joining Leddy in 2011, she spent 10 years at Paychex, a national payroll company.

The Mount Washington Valley Economic Council in Conway elected Scott McKinnon, president and CEO of Memorial Hospital in North Conway, as president of its board of directors.

Energy experts Joan M. Fontaine and Michael A. Nicoloro joined Sanborn, Head & Associates Inc. in Concord as VPs. Sanborn, Head is a multi-disciplinary technical consulting firm providing industrial, development, solid waste, and energy consultation services. Nicoloro and Fontaine will manage the firm’s energy division.

CONSTRUCTION

Fulcrum Associates in Amherst named Steve Sareault as director of construction operations. Sareault joined Fulcrum 14 months ago and has 22 years of project management experience. 

EDUCATION

The Community College System of NH board of trustees named two new members: Allan Damren, a retired Grantham school administrator; and Angela Roussel-Roberge, owner and president of Accurate Staffing LLC in Merrimack. 

ENGINEERING

HEB Engineers in North Conway elected Jay J. Poulin as president. Poulin, who has been with the company since 2003, succeeds Ed Bergeron, who founded the company 39 years ago.

TFMoran Inc. in Bedford promoted Paul C. Liversidge to chief of survey. Liversidge has worked for TFMoran since 1994. 

GOVERNMENT

Debra Douglas, a commissioner of the NH Lottery in Concord, was elected as chair of the Tri-State Lotto Commission, made up of the NH, Maine and Vermont lotteries. The commission controls sales of the Tri-State lottery games, including Megabucks Plus. 

HEALTH CARE

Dartmouth-Hitchcock in Lebanon hired Terry Carroll as its CIO. Previously, Carroll was senior VP of transformation and CIO at Fairview Health Services in Minnesota.

 HIGH TECH

Cadec Global in Manchester hired Joel Jorgenson as VP of strategic business development. Jorgenson previously served as senior VP of fleet subscription sales for Jump Technologies, based in Minnesota.

Dyn in Manchester hired Chris Griffiths as VP of labs to lead inquiries into new technologies. Griffiths formerly served as director of high-speed Internet and new business engineering at Comcast.

NONPROFIT

AARP in Manchester named Dick Chevrefils to the volunteer position of AARP NH State President. Chevrefils previously retired from AARP in 2011 and has 9 years of experience as AARP state director in both NH and Pennsylvania. 

Concord Housing + Redevelopment in Concord elected Jerry Madden, executive director of The Friends Program in Concord, as chairman of its board of commissioners.

Granite United Way in Manchester hired Cary Gladstone as director of asset building. Gladstone was a family support specialist with Casey Family Services in Concord.

The Humane Society in Nashua appointed seven new members to its board of trustees: Abby Bourgeois, executive director of NH Providers Association in Concord; Steven Everitt, owner of Cranston Computer in Merrimack; Charlie Franks, a retired Hewlett Packard employee; Pamela Gustafson, senior director of clinical research at Proteon Therapeutics Inc. in Massachusetts; Rachel Miller, chief deputy treasurer at the NH State Treasury in Concord; Sarah Murphy, marketing manager at Intercall in Massachusetts; and Dee Stoudt, HR administrator at Cynosure Aesthetic Lasers in Massachusetts.

Marguerite’s Place Inc. in Nashua appointed Melissa Ballard Sullivan as the director of development and public relations. 

The NH Bar Association elected new officers, all attorneys, to its board of governors: Jaye L. Rancourt of Brannan, Caron, Lenehan & Iacopino in Manchester as president; Lisa A. Wellman-Ally of Elliot Jasper Auten Sklar &Wellman LLP in Newport as president-elect; and Mary Tenn of Tenn and Tenn in Manchester as VP. 

The NH Charitable Foundation in Concord named two new members to its board of directors: Roy Ballentine, founder, chairman and CEO of Ballentine Partners  in Wolfeboro; and Sherilyn Burnett Young, founding shareholder and president of Rath, Young and Pignatelli in Concord.

The Seacoast Repertory Theater elected Alan E. Gold, a business and marketing executive, as president of the board of trustees.

MANUFACTURING

ProPhotonix Limited, a designer and manufacturer of LED illumination systems and laser diode modules in Salem, elected two directors to its board: Raymond Ogle-thorpe, lead non-executive director, as chairman; and Mark Weidman, president of Wheelabrator Technologies Inc. in Hampton. ProPhotonix also promoted Philip Feeley, corporate controller, to acting CFO.
