The Greater Monadnock Collaborative Regional Chamber of Commerce presented the Windsor Brooks Business of the Year to Yankee Publishing Inc. in Dublin.The Citizen of the Year award went to Susan Chollet from Peterborough. The new Ken Jue Nonprofit Organization of the Year was presented he recently renovated Colonial Theatre in downtown Keene. MVSB (Meredith Village Savings Bank) purchased $5,500 in tax credits through the Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA) to support the Regional Economic Development Center (REDC). The tax credits support the REDC’s New Americans Loan Fund, which offers business financing to new American business owners seeking to open or grow a business in NH.

Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. in Dover is hired Attorney Teresa Farley, who will work with clients from the firm's offices in Dover, NH, and Portland, ME. Farley’s practice will focus on divorce and family law. Prior to joining Shaheen & Gordon, Farley was a staff attorney at a nonprofit legal organization providing advocacy and services to low-income individuals in Maine.

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover has been named a recipient of Healthgrades' outstanding patient experience award for the 10th consecutive year. The award is given to those ranked among the top 15% in the nation in that category. Healthgrades is a national healthcare data company. Wentworth-Douglass was the only hospital honored with the 2023 award on the Seacoast.

The Certified Public Accounting firm of Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, PA, which has offices in Concord, Dover, North Conway, Stratham and Wolfeboro, hired two staff accountants: Kerri Hanson, who previously worked as a senior accountant at a NH bank, and Mathew Creamer, who prevoulsy worked at a local accounting firm, specializing in assurance and audit services for nonprofits and employee benefit plans.
