Brazilian Steak House in Manchester Has New Owner

Gauchos Churrascaria Brazilian Steak House in downtown Manchester is under new ownership. Clark and Ben Graves purchased the restaurant in early November from Jose Nieves, who opened the Brazilian Steakhouse in 2003.

According to a statement from the new owners, the father and son team and the staff have been working hard "focusing on quality, value and the guest experience."

“I have been in the customer service business for over 15 years. I am excited to share my passion for making customer’s happy here at Gauchos,” said Ben Graves.

Being a Brazilian Steak House makes Gauchos Churrascaria unique, the owners say. Main course items such as chicken, beef, and salmon are brought right to the table by cooks known as “Gauchos.” Clark Graves says, “We want to make Gauchos an experience one will not forget. We have a unique dining atmosphere, in a great location here in downtown Manchester, and can’t wait to make Gauchos a sought-after dining experience.”
