Bona Fide Green Goods of Concord Wins a Webby

Bona Fide Green Goods received the Official Honoree Award for the 15th annual Webby Awards for their distinctive Web site design. The Webby Awards is the Internet's most respected symbol of success receiving nearly 10,000 entries from more than 60 countries worldwide. The Webby Awards notified Bona Fide Tuesday of the award in the "green" category, along with other prestigious companies including Nike and Organic Valley.
 
Considered the Oscars of the Internet, the Webby Awards recognize Web site excellence based on content, structure and navigation, visual design, functionality, interactivity and overall experience. Winners are chosen by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, a global organization whose members include Richard Branson, director Darren Aronofsky, and Internet co-creator Vint Cerf, to name few.
 
Bona Fide launched its new Web site in November. The site features shopping options, using 27 eco icons.
