Once an angel investor(s) takes an interest in a company, the investor(s) and business owners work out the terms and conditions of the investment together. Qualifying businesses will need to provide: An executive summary, a description of the company's product or service, a market overview, prior three years financial statements, if applicable, reasonable three-year projections, a balance sheet and income statement, and an outline of the investment opportunity including how the funds will be used.
