When German-native Jan Ziegler struggled to hire locally for his growing NH–based marketing agency, he uncovered a business opportunity.

Ziegler and Tim Pipp founded TalentShare in February 2025. Designed specifically for small and mid-sized businesses, this global hiring partner helps companies access vetted international talent quickly.

“LinkedIn exists everywhere in the world, so I started hiring people directly overseas,” says Ziegler, 33, founder of Freitag Marketing in Keene. Remote work allows him to hire talent from anywhere in the world. “Whether it’s New Jersey or Argentina there’s no difference,”
he says.

“There’s a huge cost benefit to hiring internationally,” he says. “And once people understood the model, they started coming back to us asking if we could help them do it too.”

TalentShare is a lean operation, with Ziegler and Pipp — who also runs Beeze Tees, a screen-printing business in Keene—still leading their own companies. Yet demand has grown quickly. In 2025, TalentShare supported close to 50 hires, averaging three roles per client, with plans to double that in 2026.

Ziegler notes that while a typical job posting might attract 20 applicants locally, TalentShare can generate hundreds of qualified candidates within days. “Our speed-to-hire is faster,” he says. “It typically takes about two weeks from posting to hire.”

Most roles center on administrative support, customer service, marketing, sales administration, and tech. The company handles sourcing, screening, and compliance through a global employer-of-record platform and offers a 90-day free replacement guarantee for a flat $2,000 per hire.

“We walk people through their pain points and try to make their lives easier,” Ziegler says.
