UNH CEO Forum to Launch Peer Group for Business Execs

Published Tuesday Aug 21, 2012

In response to requests from the University of NH's CEO Forum and Center for Family Business member, the school announced it will launch a new program for CEOs and presidents of member companies. The program will be called the CEO Peer Group.

The CEO Peer Group will consist of between eight and 12 CEOs, presidents and business managers from non-competing industries who would like to meet on a monthly basis September through June for the purpose of sharing, learning, and helping each other.

The goal in selecting a first group of participants is diversity of members from small to large firms, family-owned, private or public companies in various industry sectors.

The Group will serve as an informal Advisory Board where members may receive feedback and ideas on issues that arise in the course of doing business. The Group is open to non-member companies.

Plans are to hold the first meeting in September. Applications from competing businesses will be addressed on a first come, first serve basis. Preference will be given to members of our programs.
