Tom Manion, president and CEO of New London Hospital, (pictured here), has been named COO of Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC). New London Hospital and DHMC are both members of Dartmouth Health. Manion joined New London Hospital in March 2020 at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, after serving as the VP of the University of Vermont Health Network's Porter Medical Group in Middlebury, VT. Manion succeeds Jeff O’Brien, who retired in October.

Easterseals NH & VT has promoted Michele Talwani to the newly created role of chief communications and marketing officer.  Talwani was previously senior VP of community relations, having joined Easterseals NH & VT in January 2023. She has more than 25 years of management, public relations, communications, and marketing experience for several nonprofits in NH.

Compliance Risk, a Dover-based Governance-as-a-Service solution for managed service providers, is rebranding to Compliance Scorecard. Compliance Scorecard, which is backed by investment from Bellini Capital, was also acknowledged by Channel Program as a 2023 Q4 category leader in Assessment.

The NH Liquor Commission (NHLC) opened a new 12,500-square-foot NH Liquor & Wine Outlet in Nashua on Feb. 21. The new outlet is one of three in Nashua and features more than 4,000 wines and spirits. NHLC is relocating the existing Nashua Outlet in the Westside Plaza to a freestanding building located at 6 Northwest Boulevard.

Crotched Mountain Foundation elected Isadora Rodriguez-Legendre to the Crotched Foundation Board of Directors and Doug Ewing to the Crotched Mountain Board of Trustees. Rodriguez-Legendre serves as the executive director of the NH Council on Developmental Disabilities. Ewing is a founding board director of Northeast Passage and has served on the boards of Granite State Independent Living, Danny’s Team, and the Granite YMCA’s Allard Center (Advisory Board).

BankProv has invested $65,000 to local organizations that are addressing housing, workforce and childcare needs across NH. Granite United Way has partnered with BankProv to distribute this investment to local agencies. Funding will be distributed to: NeighborWorks Southern NH, Liberty House, Families in Transition, Granite YMCA, and Building Community in NH.

Red Arrow Diner in Nashua will start on March 17, the Nashua location will begin operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, joining its sister location in Manchester that maintains the 24/7 schedule.

The Brunch Club is a new restaurant that opened in Dover. The restaurant is open six days a week, offering breakfast, brunch, and lunch options. Owner Connor McNamara has worked in the hospitality industry for 11 years in various positions, ranging from washing dishes to managing. After earning his master’s degree in criminal justice, McNamara intended to pursue a career in law enforcement. However, he still felt a pull towards the hospitality industry, which ultimately inspired him to open his own restaurant. The Brunch Club is McNamara’s first restaurant. The leadership team incudes Andrew Holt, the head chef, and Tomer Oz, the general manager.
