Prototek Holdings LLC in Contoocook, a provider of on-demand CNC machining, precision sheet metal fabrication, and additive manufacturing services, hired Bill Bonadio as CEO. Bonadio previously served as president and CEO of Vericor Power Systems, a manufacturer of aeroderivative marine and industrial gas turbines with a global presence. He also had a long career at The Boeing Company, including serving as COO of the Electronics and Information Solutions division. He also previously served as VP of business development at Danaher Corporation.

Community Bank is expanding into NH and hired Albert Romero as commercial banking group manager and NH regional executive. He will be responsible for helping the bank break into the NH market and form a team of commercial lenders. Community Bank serves customers in New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont and Massachusetts.

Merchants Fleet, a fleet management company in Hooksett, hired Nirmit Agarwala as the company's new VP of business transformation, who will be heading up the company's first Business Transformation Office. He previously served in several positions at Wayfair, most recently as chief customer officer, as well as previous roles at McKinsey & Company including senior engagement officer.

Southwestern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC) in Bennington, Vt. joined the Dartmouth Health system as of July 1. SVMC the sixth hospital member of Dartmouth Health.

The TD Charitable Foundation, the charitable giving arm of TD Bank, donated $10,000 to The Capitol Center for the Arts in Concord.

Black Cap Grille in North Conway promoted long-time bartender and front-of-house manager Bill Frittenburg to general manager and partner .

Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, Professional Association, a CPA firm with offices throughout NH, pormotd Certified Public Accountants Brieanna Pettengill and Ryan Maran to principal. Pettengill joined the firm in 2001, working out of the Dover office where she oversees work in the areas of nonprofit, HUD, and low-income housing audits. Maran launched his accounting career with the firm in 2013. His work is focused on audits for closely held companies and nonprofit organizations, as well as tax planning and preparation for both individuals and businesses.
