New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp (NHMB) hired Robert Francis Clifford III as VP, Data & Business Intelligence Officer. He will be responsible for developing an overall data strategy for NHMB and its affiliate organizations, NHTrust, Savings Bank of Walpole, Merrimack County Savings Bank (the Merrimack) and MVSB (Meredith Village Savings Bank). He previously spent 15 years at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston in Research, Supervision and Regulation, most recently creating and leading their Data & Analytics department. He was also the head of analytics for the Main Street Lending Program, the Federal Reserve’s emergency lending facility developed in response to the pandemic.

As part of its New Hampshire Tomorrow initiative to help children and families thrive, the NH Charitable Foundation in Concord will provide $500,000 in support over two years to the state’s 10 community mental health centers from Colebrook to Salem.

After a 26-year career with Cirtronics, an advanced contract manufacturing company in Milford, George Mandragouras is retiring as CFO. Daniel Habhegger has joined the Cirtronics team as their new CFO. He previously served as CFO at Precision Optics Corp as well as at Weather Service International and was the director of financial planning and analysis for SmartBear Software and AgaMatrix Inc.

The law firm of McLane Middleton in Manchester hired attorneys Jesse J. O’Neill and David C. Tencza. O’Neill worked at the NH Attorney General’s Office for nearly nine years. Tencza worked for a smaller Nashua law firm and served as a Superior Court prosecutor in the Hillsborough County Attorney’s Office from 2007 until 2017.
