In the spotlight: Service Credit Union promoted Meghan Leach, to vice president of retail banking, a new role at Service Credit Union. Leach has been with Service Credit Union since 2010. In this newly created role, Leach will oversee both the contact center as well as branch experience. Ryan Healey has moved into the role of AVP of the contact center. Ryan has been with Service CU for 19 years. Additionally, Jillian Cote has joined Service Credit Union as assistant vice president of legal.

The NH Insurance Department and New England College have created a first-of-its-kind course that will introduce students to the nature of risk, risk identification, general risk management techniques, and the management of risk through insurance. The four-credit course will begin in the Spring 2023. A team of insurance experts at the NH Insurance Department will teach the course.
