In the spotlight: Rand’s Hardware, a third-generation business in Plymouth, was the only store in the state, and one of only 50 nationwide, to be selected by Hardware + Building Supply Dealer, a national publication, as a 2022 Hardware All Star for the state of NH.

St. Mary’s Bank in Manchester promoted Amy Gauthier to branch sales and service manager of the Hudson office. Since joining St. Mary’s Bank eight years ago, Gauthier has served as branch supervisor and been a key part of the success of the Hudson office.

Prototek, a Contoocook digital manufacturing provider of CNC machining, sheet metal and industrial 3D printing, has acquired ProtoCAM, a premier industrial 3D printing company located in Allentown, Penn. ProtoCAM will merge into Midwest Prototyping, Prototek’s additive manufacturing arm acquired in July 2021.

Constellations Behavioral Services in Portsmouth is being sold to its 150 employees. Founders, Kim and Tim Heald, said they hope to create an environment for employees to have a voice into the company operations and to create financial security for their future. Employees were notified during a companywide meeting.

Meredith Village Savings Bank promoted Christina Corbitt to business development officer, based out of the Laconia branch. Corbitt joined MVSB as a part-time seasonal teller in the Ashland Branch in 2016. Elen Travers was hired as a universal banker for the Bank’s new Rochester Branch. Travers currently serves this role at MVSB’s Portsmouth Branch.

Red River, a technology company in Claremont, achieved the Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (formerly Windows Virtual Desktop) advanced specialization, validating the Company’s deep knowledge, experience and expertise in deploying, scaling, and securing virtual desktop infrastructure on Azure.

The Franklin Savings Bank Scholarship Fund presented $14,600 in scholarship money to seniors from seven area high schools located in the bank’s primary market area, including Franklin High School, Gilford High School, Goffstown High School, Merrimack High School, Merrimack Valley High School, Newfound Regional High School, and Winnisquam Regional High School.

Portsmouth-based nonprofit Step Up Parents received a $5,000 grant from the Bishop’s Charitable Assistance Fund and a $3,000 grant from the Portsmouth Rotary Club Basic Needs Committee to continue its mission to provide financial support to kinship families resulting from parental addiction.
