In the spotlight: Meredith Village Savings Bank donated $25,000 to Humble Grunt Work to support its efforts to build a new Meredith Veterans Memorial. The monument will be situated on the front lawn of the recently renovated Meredith Public Library and will feature the names of all Meredith residents who honorably served the U.S. since the Revolutionary War.

The Moore Center will hold its signature Garden Party on Thursday, June 23, from 4 to 6:30 pm at the Brady Sullivan Tower on Elm Street.
