Meredith Village Savings Bank purchased an additional $10,000 in tax credits through the NH CDFA in support of the Southeast Land Trust of NH to support the continued construction of the new Mathey Center for People and Nature, located at the 240-acre Burley Farms in Epping.

North Branch Construction in Concord donated the proceeds from the firm’s annual Safety Fine Program to two deserving nonprofit organizations – NFI North, Inc. out of Contoocook and Families in Transition-New Horizons in Manchester. In 2021, the Safety Fine Program proceeds totaled nearly $3,500, resulting in a $1,750 donation to each organization.

Ambetter in Manchester has extended its partnership with NH Motor Speedway (NHMS) to become the entitlement sponsor for New England’s only NASCAR Cup Series race. The Ambetter 301 will take place at 3 p.m. on July 17 as part of the speedway’s traditional mid-summer NASCAR weekend.

Dover High School students and 15 adult mentors from the school and community joined together for a day of suicide prevention training delivered by The National Alliance on Mental Illness NH, which teaches youth the risk and protective factors of a mental health crisis, suicidal ideation and the steps to keep a suicidal person safe.
