In the Spotlight : Colliers International in Manchester facilitated the sale of 16 Garabedian Drive in Salem, a 52,000+ square-foot multi-tenanted general industrial building that was about 70% occupied at the time of purchase, to All Access Equipment. The company, which provides CMC tracked lifts and facility maintenance, was in the market to purchase an industrial facility in southern NH with enough vacant space to expand its business.

Red River, a technology company in Claremont, named Tim Rod chief technology officer. Rod has more than 25 years of IT industry experience and most recently worked at Cisco, where he was responsible for identifying and executing go-to-market strategies for its customer experience division.

Comcast named Dennis Mathew senior vice president of the company's Western New England Region, which employs more than 1,600 people and encompasses 300 communities in Connecticut, western Massachusetts, Vermont, western New Hampshire, and New York. In this role, Mathew is the top executive responsible for all aspects of the business including sales, marketing, operations, financial performance, and customer experience.

Lyophilization Services of New England (LSNE), a privately-held contract and development manufacturing organization, earned FDA approval for an abbreviated new drug application for a sterile injectable product manufactured at their aseptic fill-finish facility in León, Spain. Acquired by the Bedford firm in 2019, it is the fourth facility approved for US commercial distribution.

Brian D. Sites, MD, medical director of the Acute Pain Medicine Service at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, was selected to serve as editor-in-chief of the journal Regional Anesthesia & Pain Medicine following the retirement of Dr. Marc Huntoon at the end of the year.
