In the Spotlight: Sister companies, Merrimack County Savings Bank and MillRiver Wealth Management have pledged $30,000 to The Community Players of Concord in the form of sponsorships to be spread over the course of three consecutive years. The community theater organization is fundraising for the renovation, repair and future capital needs of itd studio home in East Concord, where auditions, rehearsals, set building and workshops take place. It is also at the studio where thousands of costumes, props and set pieces are warehoused and stored.

Meanwhile, Merrimack County Savings Bank and Meredith Village Savings Bank are once again supporting HOMEteam in its mission to provide greater access to quality consumer education for those seeking to buy or maintain a home. Each institution made a $10,000 donation. HOMEteam is an independent, non-profit membership organization that was created by a partnership between CATCH Neighborhood Housing, NeighborWorks Southern New Hampshire and Lakes Region Community Developers.

Elliot Hospital has received the Get With The Guidelines Resuscitation Gold Plus Award for implementing specific quality improvement measures outlined by the American Heart Association for the treatment of patients who suffer cardiac arrests in the hospital.

LaBelle Winery’s rosé wine, a varietal that the winery just began producing this year, won a silver medal in the 2019 Experience Rosé Competition in the dry rosé category. It is the largest wine competition in the U.S. focusing on rosé.

Crystal Dionne, CFO of Primary Bank in Manchester, was appointed a trustee of the NH Judicial Retirement Plan. She served Bedford as its director of finance for 15 years and previously was CFO of the NH Lottery.
