Red River in Claremont, through its philanthropic arm, the Red River Technology Foundation, donated $10,000 to Friends of Veterans in Vt. to support its heating fund. Friends of Veterans serves veterans and their families throughout Vermont and NH.

The Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon will receive almost $1 million in grants from the federal government for telecommunications equipment to improve access to premium health care in rural NH.
