Started in 2007 by Master Chocolatier Richard Tango-Lowy, Dancing Lion Chocolate opened the doors to its first artisan chocolate shop and café in Mancheste in 2011. Since then, DLC has become the destination shop for “chocolate as art” – an art that encompasses flavor, commissioned painted and sculpted chocolate, and one-of-a-kind bonbons and bars. The café serves espresso, drinking chocolate, croissants, Zen brownies and other baked goods.
