The NH Secretary of State, Corporations Division, launched a new Quickstart application, an online dashboard that allows users to learn about the distribution of businesses across the state, review business filings, file annual reports, create new businesses and more.
The Secretary of State’s Corporation Division hired a new web developer, WSD Digital, in May 2022 to develop the dashboard. Businesses can now file annual reports or obtain a certificate of good standing. Users can also access detailed data on active businesses by zip code or county. This data is public and provides business development professionals, town managers, local and regional planners, as well as elected officials with information about their community.
This update is the latest in the Secretary of State’s efforts to modernize its services.
“Our new dashboard focuses on the user experience and now offers a detailed look at the distribution of businesses throughout the state, along with data about new business creation and filing activity," says David Scanlan, secretary of state. "This is an enhancement to the many technological improvements we have made to NH Quickstart, and our IT infrastructure, in 2022.”
