Colliers, a commercial real estate services, facilitated the sale of 44 Chenell Drive in Concord, to New Sunset Realty, a local NH investor.
Bob Rohrer and Dan Scanlon of Colliers’ Manchester office, represented the seller, Chenell Drive Trust, and also assisted the buyer in the transaction.
The 21,000-square-foot building on 2.41 acres is net leased to a regional tenant.
According to the Merrimack County Registry of Deeds, the property sold for $1.9 million.
