Meet the BNH Editor in Dover on Friday

The Dover Chamber of Commerce is hosting a panel on "Recruit, Hire and Train Your Business: Workforce Development Partnerships that Work," moderated by Business NH Magazine Editor Matt Mowry. This informative panel is a must attend for any business that is growing. The panel will discuss how to find, develop and keep your most valuable business asset; your people. Hear from representatives of programs in the state that help employers fund the hiring and training of employees, and help them develop customized training programs. You will also hear from businesses that have accessed these services and learn about the success they have achieved by using them.

Panelists include Michelle Hart, Workforce Development Coordinator, Community Action Partnership of Strafford County; Cliff Metcalf, President, Kingswood Leasing, Inc.; Jennifer Scotland, WorkReadyNH Director, Great Bay Community College;
Michal Rigalle, Vice President and General Manager, Safran Aerospace Composites Inc.; Michael Power, Workforce Community Development Director, Office of Workforce Opportunity, Division of Economic Development; and Kathleen Strevel, Senior Manager Operations-Dover, Vishay HiRel Systems.

The event will be held from 7:15 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. On Friday, March 22 at Measured Progress, 100 Education Way, Dover, NH. The registration fee is $15 for chamber members and $20 for nonmembers. It includes a full breakfast. Register at www.dovernh.org or by calling 742-2218.
