McGrath Elected President of Sheehan Phinney

The law firm of Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green PA of Manchester announced that shareholder David W. McGrath was elected president and managing director. In this position, McGrath also serves as chair of the firm's management committee. Sheehan Phinney's Management Committee oversees the administrative and business functions and strategic planning initiatives for the firm's four regional offices and 60-plus lawyers.

McGrath also maintains an active employment and litigation practice. He represents clients in state and federal courts, arbitration and administrative proceedings. He also maintains an active mediation practice. McGrath was recently named by Business NH Magazine as the top employment lawyer in the state.

McGrath has also been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, New England Super Lawyers and Chambers USA, all in the area of employment law. He is a 2013 graduate of Leadership New Hampshire, and serves the community in various ways, including through the New Hampshire Bar Association where he is a member of the board of governors; as a volunteer mediator for the courts and NH Commission for Human Rights; as a board member for Inti Soccer Academy, and through his local church.
