Maple Leaf Motel Has New Owners

Rick and Nancy Owen, the innkeepers and owners of the Maple Leaf Motel in Littleton have sold the property to Ajit and Neha Airen. The Owens owned and operated the Maple Leaf Motel for 20 years and were involved in the Littleton community during that time. They say they are pleased the Airens will continue the successful operation of the motel.

The Airens both have backgrounds in hospitality and have worked in the industry for more than 25 years. For the past 20 years, Ajit was the general manager of a successful franchise hospitality operation in Leominster, Massachusetts.

“We are looking forward to relocating to the White Mountains of New Hampshire and Littleton. We are excited to become part of the community, and look forward to owning and operating our own property. We are ready to welcome guests this summer and through the whole year.” Ajit Airen says.

The Owen family was represented by Andy Smith of Peabody & Smith Realty and the Airens were assisted by Smith with this transaction. Peabody & Smith Realty has a commercial department in their Franconia office, with other offices in Littleton, Bretton Woods, Plymouth and Holderness.
