MANCHESTER, N.H. – Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (IATA:MHT) announced more good news this month following the start of new non-stop Breeze Airways flights to Myrtle Beach last week.
The airport is reporting that 2025 saw a higher volume of cargo than any other year in its history. Cargo carriers Amazon Air, FedEx and UPS processed 238 million pounds of cargo, a total of 4 million more pounds than the previous record set in 2023.
Additionally, over 1.38 million passengers flew in and out of MHT in 2025, representing an almost 9 percent increase in passenger activity from 2024 as well as the highest passenger total since 2019.
“We are excited and very appreciative for the growth we experienced in 2025,” said MHT Aviation Director Tom Malafronte.
“A strong regional airport supports economic growth, job creation and quality of life,” said Manchester Mayor Jay Ruais. “These record cargo numbers and increased passenger traffic demonstrate that Manchester remains a competitive place to live, work and do business.”
