Prime Acura North in North Hampton, and its real estate owned by David Rosenberg of Prime Motor Group, has been sold to Anthony DiLorenzo of Key Auto Group in Portsmouth. The dealership will now be known as Key Acura of North Hampton.
Key Auto Group is a rapidly expanding automotive enterprise with holdings in three New England states including franchised automobile dealerships, a large commercial truck dealership, used car superstores and collision centers.
Prime Motor Group has locations throughout four New England states, including New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont. The sales was facilitated by Nancy Phillips Associates in Exeter.
