Brendan Keegan
After serving as interim CEO of Merchants Fleet Management in Hooksett since August, Brendan P. Keegan has now officially been named CEO. Keegan's appointment is the result of a national search by Merchants for the best person to fill the CEO seat. “After many conversations, we continued to identify the best candidate as Brendan,” says Gary Singer, Merchants chairman of the board.
Keegan has been involved with Merchants for the past nine years as a client, board member, consultant, and most recently interim CEO. Keegan comes to Merchants from velocityHUB, a business consulting firm out of Nashua where he was a founder and managing partner.
“Having had the opportunity to work in many different capacities with the Merchants team over the past nine years, I am excited and honored to accept the full-time position of CEO," Keegan says. Keegan has been named a Distinguished Fellow by Dartmouth College, a Fast50 Executive by Fast Company, Best-of-the-Best CEOs by Incentive, amongst many other recognitions. These accolades along with Keegan’s understanding of fleet management and the company’s mission, position him and Merchants for remarkable success and growth in the months and years ahead.
