The Inn on Newfound Lake in Bridgewater is under new ownership. The 29-room venue on the shore on Newfound Lake, was owned and operated by Larry DeLangis & Phelps Boyce II for more than 25 years. They have overseen a renovation of much of the property, and most recently the Cottage House and turned the property into a destination for vacationers and as wedding and event venue.
“We have thoroughly enjoyed owning and operating the inn and have loved being a part of the community. We plan to stay in the area, and this will give more time for Larry to continue his established interior design business and maybe even some time to travel ourselves.” says Boyce.
The property was purchased by Newfound Lake Holdings, LLC and the new owners will continue to operate the Inn, host events and weddings and run the restaurant and tavern year-round.
DeLangis & Boyce were represented by Linda Matheson of Peabody & Smith Realty and the buyers were represented by Ann Marie Paino of ReMax in the Mountains.
