Great NH Restaurants, headquartered in Bedford, promoted Patrick Wesson to chief hospitality officer.

Wesson, a former student of of the Whittemore School of Business at the University of NH in Durham, joined Great NH Restaurants 15 years ago and is part owner. He will be teaming up with Dan Fraser, chief of restaurant operations, to enhance and further improve the restaurant chain's systems and controls and lay the foundation for company growth. Wesson’s focus will be front-of-the-house operations interacting with guests and maintaining and encouraging Great NH Restaurants unique company culture.

For the past 15-years, Wesson was managing operator of three locations (CJ’s in Manchester, T-BONES in Derry and Copper Door in Bedford), helping bring focus to operations and customer service by strengthening teamwork and driving core company values.
