Published Saturday Nov 29, 2008

Five attorneys from the law firm Nelson, Kinder, Mosseau, & Saturley, P.C. in Manachester and Boston were recently recognized as some of New England's top attorneys by Woodard-White's The Best Lawyers in America 2008.

Richard Nelson and Bill Saturley were recognized as Best Lawyers for their expertise in legal malpractice law. Tupper Kinder and Jeff Meyers were recognized for environmental law and Pete Mosseau was recognized for his practice in medical malpractice and personal injury litigation.

Kinder, Mosseau, and Saturley were also recently acknowledged for their accomplishments in the 2008 survey by Chambers & Partners, an unrelated but similar ranking system.

Best Lawyers compiles lists of outstanding attorneys by conducting exhaustive peer-review surveys in which thousands of leading lawyers confidentially evaluate their professional peers. In the U.S., Best Lawyers publishes an annual referral guide, The Best Lawyers in America, which includes 29,575 attorneys in 78 specialties, covering all 50 states and the District of Columbia. The current 14th edition of The Best Lawyers in America (2008) is based on more than 2 million detailed evaluations of lawyers by their peers.

Our firm has extensive knowledge in countless key areas of law, and we are pleased to have these attorneys recognized for their hard work and expertise, said William Saturley, president of the firm. We are honored to have received this acknowledgment and will continue to provide our clients with outstanding legal representation.
