Facebook Enters the Classroom

Adults accept that to a large certain extent, when they go online, their activity will be tracked. But with kids, everyone is more careful. That is why a new software created by Facebook engineers called Summit Basecamp, has raised some concerns for parents and educators.

Now used by 20,000 students in more than 100 charter and traditional public schools, Summit Basecamp tailors lessons to individual students using software that tracks their progress. Read about it here.
