SEABROOK — A Massachusetts developer is seeking approval to build a 136?room hotel behind the BJ’s Wholesale Club, bringing a major project to an 18.4?acre parcel off I-95.

The planned hotel at 30 Perkins Ave., according to documents filed with Seabrook officials, would operate as a property under the Hilton Hotels portfolio. It would combine the mid-tier Tru by Hilton brand with Home2 Suites by Hilton, which allows for extended stays with amenities including full kitchens.

The plan was presented to Seabrook’s Planning Board on March 23, and it includes an indoor pool and 136 parking spaces.

The developers secured zoning relief in February 2025 to exceed Seabrook’s 35?foot height limit.
