Bonnette Page & Stone Begin Next Lakeport Project

Paugus Properties, which is owned by developer Scott Everett, selected Bonnette, Page & Stone Corp. of Laconia to manage the construction of the next phase of their Lakeport Revitalization Effort. The two properties are in Lakeport and are a short distance away from the beautifully restored Lakeport Opera House, also owned by Paugus Properties.

Unlike the Opera House, existing buildings are not structurally sound and will need to be demolished. New construction will include a mixed-use development with retail space, leasable apartments, and purchasable condos.

Construction will begin in early 2021 with anticipated completion in 2022.
