The holidays will be a little happier for many employees, according to a new survey from global staffing firm Robert Half. More than half (51 percent) of senior managers said they expect year-end bonuses at their company to be higher than last year; only 10 percent expect them to be lower. A separate survey found individual performance is not the only factor in determining bonuses, with considerations such as department and company performance also playing a role.
