GSCU’s employee appreciation program, “Celebration Summit,” allows staff to formally recognize peers and celebrate wins together. GSCU also shows appreciation by providing branded company clothing to each of its employees.

The executive team sends out personalized thank-you cards for a job well done, in celebration of a birth, wedding as well as other milestone events. The credit union holds a variety of staff appreciation days, as well as hosting departmental breakfasts and lunches to celebrate and thank the staff throughout the year.
