Best Companies to Work For Announced

Business NH Magazine will announce the magazine’s annual Best Companies to Work For in NH in its September edition due out next week. 

For 23 years, Business NH Magazine has recognized businesses that go out of their way to create workplaces that recognize engaged employees are more productive. 

The 2020 competition attracted applicants from across the state. Those businesses deemed winning companies received the highest scores on an employee engagement survey, conducted by The Employee Engagement Company in Woburn, Mass., and an extensive employer survey, detailing benefits and workplace practices. Fully, NH companies exceeded the bar of excellence. 

Geophysical Survey Systems (pictured) not only made the list for the second time, but also came in at the #1 position for the second year.

Hall of Fame
Also seven businesses join the competition’s Hall of Fame. The companies that join the Hall of Fame are:

This year's annual breakfast, a virtual event, includes keynote speaker Dr. Stuart Lustig, who will discuss his landmark study at CIGNA on loneliness in the workplace; CultureFest: 2020, which has interactive breakout sessions; and a celebration of the 2020 Best Companies to Work For.
