
Among the new tenants at Portwalk is Bank of NH, which opened a new office at 11 Portwalk Place. This is Bank of NH’s third office in the Seacoast (it already has branches in Rochester and Dover) and the 24th statewide.
“We want to make it as easy as possible to bank with us,” said Vickie Routhier, executive vice president – chief retail banking and marketing officer for Bank of NH. “This office is full-service with staff representing our retail banking, retail lending, commercial services and wealth management divisions.”
Founded in 1831, the bank has grown 13.3 percent since 2012 to $997 million in deposits as of June 2015 according to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Earlier this year, Bank of NH acquired Community Guaranty Savings Bank in Plymouth and Campton.
