After Dyn-Oracle

Dyn, founded in 2001, was heralded as the type of exciting startup company that could thrive in NH. But since the tech firm was acquired by Oracle in late 2016 for more than $600 million, traces of its homegrown success story have been disappearing. Layoffs started last spring. Now, in early 2020, Oracle has shuttered its Manchester facility entirely and relocated some employees to Nashua.

Oracle is expected to vacate its 100,000-square-foot space in the Manchester Millyard during the first quarter of 2020, said Robert Rohrer, managing director and principal of Colliers International’s NH offices, which is marketing the building.  Rohrer says the space will be subdivided and Colliers is in talks with potential tenants.
