NASHUA, NH – Renovations are nearly complete on the former Sears retail space in the Pheasant Lane Mall where the Nash Casino is set to open its doors to the public on March 5. It will be the largest charitable gaming venue in the state, with more than 130,000 square feet of space.

Construction is nearly complete and the casino team is wrapping up last-minute details, setting up machines, and training newly-hired staff. The company expects to employ 600 to 700 workers at the complex.

“Our team has worked tirelessly to create a world-class entertainment experience, and we look forward to becoming a premier destination for everyone in the region, as well as significantly supporting the great work being done by over 100 of New Hampshire’s nonprofit organizations,”  said Nash General Manager Eric Althaus.

The venue will feature over 1,000 gaming machines including Historical Horse Racing (HHR), multiple table games, and a full-service sportsbook. ECL Entertainment, a gaming and entertainment company based in Las Vegas is the parent company operating the casino.

The venue is anticipated to boost the local tourism economy with its location on the Massachusetts border. Visitors will shop, dine, and stay in the area which will contribute room and meal tax revenue to the state.
