Airbnb recently released summer travel numbers in NH, including more than 66,000 inbound guest arrivals between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The home sharing platform has more than 2,600 hosts in the state, who earned over $9.1 million in the summer months. Additionally, over 53,000 Granite Staters used the service to travel elsewhere.
The typical NH host earns $5,900 per year by sharing their home for an average of about two nights a month.
In the past year, hosts earned $17 million and welcomed over 133,700 guests. The typical NH listing hosts a guest for 27 nights per year. The average Airbnb host in NHis 50 years old and 63 percent of hosts are women.
