To say real estate developer Renee Plummer knows a lot of people would be a trite statement. Chances are, if you’re a business or community leader in NH, you know her.

Plummer is vice president and head of marketing for Two International Group in Portsmouth, the company she started with her late husband, Dan Plummer. It has helped more than 250 companies find their place in the state.

The origin of Two International Group began with a groundbreaking at Pease International Tradeport in the late 1990s, Plummer says. “Pease was almost yearning for a building to be put on the right spot,” she says. “I just picked up the phone and I was able to lease and market all the buildings. I’m good at it.” Most of Two International Group’s properties are at Pease, as well as One Harbor and Two Harbor Place in downtown Portsmouth.

One of Plummer’s passions is being involved in the community. “I have adoration and love for the military,” she says. She and Dan helped Easterseals NH raise $1 million last year through the Dan and Renee Plummer Endowment. She has also been on various local boards including Veterans Count. Plummer is also a successful fundraiser for political campaigns. One of her first was a fundraiser for former Congressman Bill Zeliff that brought Sonny Bono and then-speaker Newt Gingrich to Manchester.
