Each year, Business NH Magazine profiles five companies that do not generate enough revenue to make the list of the Top 100 Private Companies in NH but are fast growing. This year the companies to watch are dominated by women-led businesses.
The companies to watch were selected from businesses that completed surveys for our lists of the Top Family-Owned Business, Top Women-Led Businesses and the Top Private Companies/Companies to Watch. Those with the fastest average annual revenue growth between 2021 and 2023 (and not previously profiled this year) were selected.
These companies come from diverse industries: construction, education, diesel fuel services and consulting, a travel agency, and a staffing agency. They range in size from 10 employees to 95. All but one were started in the past seven years, with two launching during the pandemic. Two are helping growing industries address their workforce challenges.
What they all have in common is an ability to be nimble, reassessing their business models and refocusing the scope of their services to drive their success.
