CoreMedical Group (CoreMed) shows appreciation for its employees by celebrating company anniversaries. Employees receive a $500 bonus on their fifth anniversary and up to $2,500 after 20 years. CoreMed’s biggest employee recognition program is the annual Club CoreMed vacation. Based on metrics employees hit over the course of the year, groups of employees and their guests are provided with a free, all-inclusive vacation to a tropical resort. Past locations have included Mexico, the Bahamas, and the Dominican Republic.
The company offers flex schedules, hybrid work, and work-life balance programs. Operations team members can arrive anytime between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. and can choose their lunch break times to meet an 8-hour day.
Celebrating families is a central part of CoreMed culture. When an employee has a new baby, the family receives a personalized gift package to commemorate the event, including a onesie with the company logo.
