Will Bank Branches Become Obsolete?

Businesses spend a lot of time thinking about what millennials want and how to keep them happy, given they are the largest generation. The problem is, some of their habits are not good for certain businesses. Take banking. A study by BI Intelligence found that 38 percent never visit a bank and 26 percent do so less than once a week. Another 20 percent visit either once or twice a month, the study found. Due to these trends, and the fact that cash transactions have been declining, the study also suggests that one day the ATM will go the way of the phone booth. To read more, click here.
